About the Role: We are seeking an AI Ethics and Compliance Strategist to ensure our AI technologies and marketing practices adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy laws, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce AI ethics and compliance policies.
- Monitor AI systems for ethical and legal compliance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote ethical AI practices.
- Provide guidance on the ethical implications of AI optimization and deployment.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in AI ethics, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Law, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, compliance, or related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with compliance audits and risk management.
- Ability to navigate complex ethical issues in AI and data analytics.
