About the Role: We are seeking an AI Ethics and Compliance Strategist to ensure our AI technologies and marketing practices adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy laws, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce AI ethics and compliance policies.
• Monitor AI systems for ethical and legal compliance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to data privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote ethical AI practices.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Law, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, compliance, or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with compliance audits and risk management.
• Ability to navigate complex ethical issues in AI and data analytics.
